Like stated above, if you have no problem with your bank, you can fow runs. The only downside to this is that it's not always available (damn euros). Witman's Folly is better IMO, because of the cheaper keys, easier to run, always open. The downside is that most of the items are garbage.

Got most of my first hundred in Maishang Hills. Leave from Bai Paasu Reach, trot over to Eredon Terrace, then do the tough bits down to Gyala Hatchery and back to Bai Paasu.
Usually 4 or 5 chests on that run - chest to gold ratio better than 1:3 but not as good as 1:2. Jade Wands are the new Raven Staffs :/ |

I also do Witmans Folly runs. 3 chests pretty easy to get to each of them. I average about one gold per run on the chests. I bring as few henchmen as I can get away with (typically 4 since I am a sqishy Elementalists and the grawl like to knock me down) and hit all of the bosses too (4 or 5 bosses in the zone) which also drop golds occasionally.
